Most often young adults with mental health diagnosis and
disabilities are overlooked; society views that as normal because the appearance on the surface dictates normalcy.

Sharing

Share feelings and spiritual to the poor, children around the world, helping them to integrate into the community.

We help local nonprofits access the funding, tools, training, and support they need to become more.

and its contracted provider Gateway Support Services, Inc is pleased to announce a new program to young adults between the ages of 18-25 offering the support they need to live the life they desire to have. Moving forward and on their way to self-sufficiency.

Program Guide

The Goal in this stage is to train and educate the young adult about their personal diagnosis/mental health and or disability. To assist the young adult with gaining a grounded foundation. One that is personalized to them.

Goal here is to learn independence, responsibility for self, and to be as responsible as possible. This stage time frame varies 2 years—4 years

The goal is for the young adult to be able to perform stages I & II with no assistance. Paid supports to be available for 6 months- 1 year to offer support as needed.
